    I had to uninstall. My existing downloads simply stopped downloading. Once I uninstalled, downloading resumed.

    For those that didn't get their activation code, most likely Cyber GhostVPN blocked your e-mail address, try another temp e-mail provider. I tried a few temp e-mail providers to get my activation code.

    To those of you that missed out, don't stress it. I got a key installed the software and all morning have been having intermittent connectivty issues on my whole network. This software destroyed my whole networks connectivity, not just my PC's. This is even when I wasn't connected to a VPN.

    Yep, made my network go funny… Had to uninstall the whole program to get my connection back, VPN wasn't even on….

    To the people complaining about the speed of this software, maybe you messed up in some other way or your Firewall is having issues with the software because it's working fine for me. You need to make an 'exception' for CyberGhost in your firewall list if you already didn't get the warning when you were installing it, where you were supposed to allow it. If that doesn't work then make sure that your already installed AV software isn't blocking it etc. Good luck.

    wow if they were really trying to attract more business with this deal, they failed horribly.
    Tried the product for a couple minutes and already i hate it;
    1) it gave 6 months subscription instead of the 12 months mentioned
    2) GUI is horrendous
    3) you can't choose the country you want even on this 'upgraded' trial. Mine appears locked at Automatic. If i'm wrong please correct me but that would only emphasize my second point.
    4) speeds a bit slower than other VPNs out there.

      Yes, you can choose the country and server, the list of servers is on the bottom right.
