      I think what you've been hearing is that the 1Tb ps4 is worse than the new version 500GB. This is because the 1TB console has the same hardware as the original 500GB console. Runs a little bit hotter, less energy efficient.

          Look for the model number on the box. The newer model should have a model number staring with CUH-1200, whereas the older ones will start with CUH-1100

      There is a sign Coles group is hurting the Woolies group? Sure as bad as DSE? But I have to admit Big W sucks at clearing old stocks. They should maintain the drop zone or do it every half a year say in March and September to get rid of more than 1 year old stocks.

        In store only. I rang a few different stores before heading in and the stock levels weren't great and none of the stores I rang would put one aside or accept payment/deposit over the phone.

        Not sure about cash rewards but I used e gift cards which I bought last night through RAC. I'm guessing it's the same deal through cash rewards???

    Didn't get a colour choice and came out with black.

    On shelf it was still advertised at the price of $79.

    Jumped on this deal today. Mine is the new CUH-1200 chassis. I also picked up FIFA 16 ($59) for my boys. All up was $507. I bought $500 worth of E gift cards through RAC last night (at 5% off) for $475 so all up cost me $482.

    Add $240 for the three controllers and two docking stations I bought from Target through eBay during the 20% off tech sale, I'm a happy Dad ready for some gaming with my boys!

    I rang around a couple of different stores before heading to Big W and stock levels weren't great and no stores would take payment over the phone or put one aside so you might wanna be quick? Also - The catalogue specials are valid until Xmas but this particular deal is only for a week until the 16th Dec.

          You should have been given a voucher at purchase. I had to ask and the staff didn't have a clue.

          My system is a present too but I hooked it up to complete the setup so the kids can start gaming straight away and I can go back to bed. Didn't take as long as I expected…about 30 minutes
