I came across this nice deal for Vodafone prepaid card. The Combo Starter Pack which is worth $50 is available only for $25 (half price). It includes the following:

• 6GB data (4GB standard + 2GB bonus)
• Unlimited standard national calls and texts
• Unlimited standard intl calls from Australia to 10 selected countries i.e. China, India, USA, UK, NZ, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and South Korea
• 90 minutes of standard intl calls from Australia to the other countries
• Expiry period: 28 days

A good deal if you are considering to buy a prepaid card for a short duration and intl calling to one of the countries in the list is an important criterion for you.

  The $40 starter pack is $20 at Coles also.
  Gave 3GB + 2GB bonus, unlimited calls and txt and 90 mins international calls (the actual packet said 2GB + $750 credit).

    You are comparing it with a wrong product. The biggest difference here is the unlimited international calls to those 10 countries. That itself is worth $25!! Unlimited standard national calls, unlimited national text and 6GB data is all bonus I would say. :-). Eventually it depends on your usage of intl calls though.

  What kind of sim card did they provide? Cause I want a nano sim and I'm not sure which one they will give.

  Now we have a much better deal at Dick Smith. $40 card for $2 as already posted on OzBargain.
