Samsung Gear S2 Smart Watch $377 @ Harvey Norman

80

UPDATE: Prices now reflected on web site.

Black
White

This is a few dollars more expensive than at Telstra, however, Telstra only sells the black ones. HN stocks white ones. I tried to get HN to price match them a few weeks ago, but the guy refused because he said Telstra was not someone HN price matches due to them being a telco (Optus would have also fallen under that) and Telcos only sell limited range of product so they aren't on the white list (which sounds like BS to me), and he would have only PM'd the black one even if he did it. Your mileage may depend on who it is you talk to.

Additionally, if you have the AMEX statements credits deal saved, you can get $30/$50 cashback, making it better than buying from Telstra.

Other things in the ad include a Google Chromecast for $38 and Sennheiser 'Urbanite' XL BT headphones for $198 after cashback (I've no idea if that is a good deal or not).

  • So the Title should read;

    "Samsung Gear S2 Smart Watch WHITE $377 @ Harvey Norman"

    Regardless of colour, this is not a deal as you can get it cheaper from Telstra.

    • That would imply that they only sell white, or that the black is more expensive.

      Secondly, as I mentioned… the AMEX cashback offer if you have it, even if you wanted a black one, it still works out better than buying from Telstra.

      Regardless of colour, this is not a deal as you can get it cheaper from Telstra.

      What do you mean regardless of colour? If you don't want black, why would you disregard colour? And if you wanted black, it's only $2.75 more than Telstra, for a potential $50 cashback. It's not worth only mentioning white, for this reason.

  • Sennheiser 'Urbanite' XL BT headphones for $198 after cashback

    I've been looking to buy wireless headphones recently and that was one of the headphones I strongly considered. $198 is no doubt a great price and it had the highest battery life of all the wireless headphones I looked at due to not having Active Noise Cancelling capabilities. I checked it out at JB and it seemed rather flimsy compared to other headphones. All in all, it was the second cheapest pair of headphones on my list but I went with another when I saw eBay's 10% sale.
