  Anyone used this speaker? Been looking for something suitable for use on an outdoor deck. Don't need something mind blowing or able to perfectly reproduce music just want something that sounds good has reasonable battery life and sounds decent if the volume does go up a bit.

    I was recently in a similar boat myself and ended up getting the "JBL Flip 3". I highly recommend it, as I was blown away with how loud it goes and also the bass is pretty good for such a small speaker, also its got about 10+ hours battery life. I even used it under the shower head once to test its water resistance, and it still works haha… Currently selling for $98 at Harvey Norman, but I got JB Hifi to pricematch it.

      I got a flip as well and would recommend. It doesn't try to put out more bass than it can handle so vocals are upfront and not boomy/nasal. No distortion on loud volumes

  Yeah have been looking at that flip 3 deal as well just hadn't pulled the trigger on it yet. I read that the flip's can be paired together as well for an even richer sound. Still trying to decide if 2 would be overkill for what we need as a lot of people say they are already loud enough.
