As for the other expired deal you posted, I signed up for their news letter yesterday and got a 10% off code instantly. Don't know expiry, and it looked to be unique so can only be used once, but still. In other words, you can probably still buy the slightly cheaper one from mix apparel if you are after this phone.
Edit: should have read other thread. Someone claims the discount from email also doesn't work with this phone.
Edit: checked conditions of code, and it definitely does NOT mention any exclusions. So that's pretty crap.
