Do you know if you are able to sign up to the $30 28 day plan then downgrade back to a PAYG to get the 499+30?
The FAQ on the device page says you can cancel or downgrade at any time.

S24 was a flagship phone last year.
This is a midrange phone.
So IMHO the S24The deal is for the S24 FE so its not as clear cut.
