      Always included, can tint any tin to pretty much any colour you want (given correct base) regardless of brand.

  Paint - Buy two tins and get the third free! So basically its 33% off. Stack this with the (hopefully) 10% boxing day say sales and the 7.5% gift card discount and you can get it down to roughly buy one get one free. I cant see this online anywhere

  Forgive my ignorance, but should it be buy one, get two free?

    No, that would be a 66% savings, not 50% savings. But you are on the right path.

    It depends if I was talking figuratively (about the cost) or literally about the tins of paint.

    In the literal sense, (referring to the tins them self) I could have said "when purchasing 3 [tins], get 1.5 free [tins of paint]". Or get 50% free when purchasing in denominations of 3 (slightly more complex).

    Figuratively as in (which is how I meant it) , "it's like a buy 'one' get 'one' free" which has a focus on the cost instead of a focus on the quantity of tins of paint.

    But fair call, so I'll give you an up vote!

    Depends on the type of paint (oil/water based/etc), also depends if you open it. I would expect storing any paint for a few years would be fine. But I would ask at Masters to be sure.
