I know such tools are not everyone's cup of coffee but this has got pretty good reviews and it's free.

You need to go to http://www.chip.de/downloads/Wise-Care-365-Pro_84138516.html… and click on "download vollversion.
Once downloaded don't get scared, the installer is in German, the program itself is in English. Install by clicking a few times "weiter".

Go here http://wisecleaner.com/giveaway/chip.html and request the free license, you need name, surname and email address. Don't need to be real besides the email address because they will send you a key. You have to use the key with the same name and surname as in registration.

      Definitely false alert. I use bitdefender and it didn't complain. Besides that all the stuff there is scanned.

    Just my two cents, I haven't used WiseCleaner before but I have tried CCleaner and my impression is that WiseCleaner WiseCare 365 Pro is way better.

    BTW TrendMicro didn't report any virus or malware on it.
