    Can anyone give advice on these? I'm after a gravity fed system that has GOOD flow…I can't handle waiting for it to fill a cup so have been using a simple cheap Brita jug type.

    I'm on a farm with rainwater only that unfortunately is a little brown in colour due to leaves.

    Main thing for me is not the topping up of the container but rather the ability for it to pour quickly once filtered.

      I haven't used them before because I use a reverse osmosis system but from what I've read there is storage for filtered water up to 22 litres which you can quickly pour out.

        mine simply need to filter out organic stuff as it is from a rainwater tank. I looked at these tanks but they look about the same speed as the plastic water canisters like in shops and offices. Still too slow for me.

        May still bite the bullet and get one

      I have bought from them before, but shipping times are ridiculous. I have had to wait up to one month previously for a single $40 filter. Only recommend buying if your filter is a 'hard-to-find' model and you don't mind waiting.

    Ordered on 26th December. Sent email on 13th January requesting cancellation of order. No response. Sent follow-up email. No response. Tried calling, no answer. Just sent a third email requesting immediate refund. I'm guessing I will not be getting a reply. If they haven't sorted it out by Monday I will contact my bank.

    So still have not received a refund on my order despite my many emails and calls to this company. Worst company I have ever dealt with and the attitude of the staff is disgusting. My bank has proceeded with reversing the transaction this evening.
