WD Elements 1TB Portable HDD $68 @ Harvey Norman ($59.80 w/ Good Guys Lowest Price Guarantee)

170

Cheapest around in the sales, a great portable HDD and even better for $59.80 with Good Guys Lowest Price Guarantee.

How to get it at $59.80?

The WD HDD is currently priced at $109 at TGG with plenty of stock around Australia.
Purchase it at $109, then bring in a screenshot or printed image of the website to show staff and they'll refund you 120% of the difference.

    TGG price $109
    HN price $68

    Difference = 109 - 68 = $41
    120% difference = $49
    Price paid = 109 - 49 = 60 (as OP stated)

    Personally I wouldn't do it - price guarantees are flakey at best. Also $60 for a 1TB portable is not an awesome price.

      TGG get shitty with you when you instantly ask for the price beat after purchase. However, if you mention the lower price before purchase they'll match it but won't beat it.

  • Gg refused price guarantee last time I tried it claiming it was below their cost price.

    • Were you told that in store it after submitting an online claim?
