  Its $45 more but it has the Optus / Telstra 4GX Band 28 that you really want for 4G. Tinydeal is the chinese model, it lacks Band 28.

  Also it will probably ship faster than TinyDeal.

        Oh well in that case, it depends. The Zenfone 2 is a lot higher end, so for the $100 you're getting a lot more bang for your buck I guess.

  Personally if you want to get the Zenfone 2, get the Zenfone 2 Deluxe (The one with the crazy tessellated back cover)

  It has updated cpu, camera, and dual sim etc. Unfortunately the camera software is absolute trash despite solid hardware.

  And be prepared to flash the rom on-landing, the bloatware extends to almost being malware in the zenfone 2's case.

  The few things I mentioned are the only things that turned me away from what is an amazing phone, I'll either wait for the Xperia 6 or the Mi5 - though I really don't like how Xiaomi handles their software so secretly given the poor history of several Chinese manufacturers spying on customers/consumers.

  Isn't the 1.8ghz CPU only on the 2GB RAM model?

  Edit: yep, just did some research and this is correct. Either the CPU or RAM specs are wrong (either it's a 2.3ghz + 4GB of RAM, or 1.8ghz + 2GB of RAM - I'd assume the later of the two).

      Have you checked with CPU-Z or something? All information (including Asus website) says 4GB RAM comes with 2.3ghz
