Hi thanks for the feedback. The reason I made this product is to cater for people who cannot have dairy based supplements. I have never been able to tolerate dairy since I was a baby hence I can't have regular whey protein. Vegetable based proteins are great because they don't contain lactose or casein and are easier to digest. ElevenLabs - The Original is a base of pea protein with 10 superfoods. It's not a pure protein but a blend of high quality plant based protein and the highest quality superfoods - all plant based. Not wanting to inflame the discussion, but the cows in modern factory farms are omnivorous.
I've not herd of that in Australia. It's bull, stop milking it. Cows would be mad to eat animal products - the steaks are too high.

Not sure if its any comparison, but you can get 4Kg organic rice protein from iHerb for $100 posted and the purity is ~ 80%.
You can then supplement it with a superfood supplement.
This ends up heaps cheaper than your product @ $57 for 210 grams

While ElevenLabs - The Original is not certified organic, the majority of our ingredients are certified organic, which are are a lot more expensive. I am creator of ElevenLabs and also a Chemical Engineer. When it comes to food processing and drying foods there are several different methods including spray drying, freeze drying and refractance drying. I have spent a considerable amount of time sourcing freeze dried superfoods which are not easy to come by. Freeze drying a vegetable or superfood ensures a higher quality of nutrients are retained. Freeze drying is also very expensive due to low output and high operational costs hence products typically cost at least 3 times more than spray dried products.
Most products on the market are spray dried. The process of spray drying exposes the ingredients to high temperatures (90 to 130 degrees celcius) - high enough to destroy most of the nutrients. Not only this but in order to feed the product into the spray drier it is sprayed over a filler (most commonly maltodextrin which is a cheap polysaccharide used as a filling agent).
The quality of freeze dried products is the highest quality, mainly because the temperature stays low during the whole process.
We don't contain any fillers either - a lot of other products put in cheap fillers to bring the price down.

Shame i missed it. But normal price of 8.5 for a days serve :O that is steep, even for protein powder.
It's quite pricy but when I read the ingredients list I kind of understood it better:
"Organic pea protein, organic chia seed, organic cacao, organic apple, organic coconut water powder, organic spirulina, organic maca, organic spinach, organic broccoli, organic dandelion root, organic matcha green tea"
Organic pea protein isn't so pricy but the other ingredients more so. A bit surprised that there's no amino acid breakdown given, but it seems to be carefully thought out. The product advice is to take it once a day, so I'd think it's intended for a daily low fat/low carb snack, not for after training.
