I wish Repco would join everyone else in this century and have an online store or even something so you know what they stock/have in stock.

I rarely purchase from Repco because I can't search for item pricing or availability.

OP, you should put the exclusions in your post.

Auto Glym stuff for cheap. Yay

    • Super Cheap Auto tends to have cheaper RRP + special price.

  • Can anyone confirm the VIP repco card won't work?

  • Perfect timing, my battery just just died.

    • +1

Terrible timing, batteries are not included in sale :( .

      • I thought only automotive marine and deep cycle batteries are excluded.

        • +1

There should be a comma between automotive and marine.

      • They do offer discounts if you have the Repco VIP card. Not sure how I got my VIP card but they make it seem it's "exclusive":

[Adelaide] Forget the big guys for batteries in Adelaide. These guys have MUCH better prices on the big brands stocked by repco etc:http://batterydiscounters.com.au/cars.html

Eg commodore battery (century 58) $160 @ repco / $121 @ peter and ricks. Good saving
      .

    • Holler for a Marshall.

      • Unless your stuck on the side of the road and you have no other choice, never holler for a marshall. Use to work for Exide/Marshall and the markups they put on batteries and installation is insane!

        • Well Warnie's getting the big bucks l flogging their stuff…

    • If you have a Costco membership or have a friend with one, go there and get a 30 months warranty Exide battery. Their prices are cheaper than anywhere sale or not. If the place has a tyre centre, I believe they will even install it for you.

Source: I use to work for Exide/Marshall and I know how much we sold batteries for and our competitors prices as well!

edit: I do not know how much installation would be for the battery, only that outright price of them is much cheaper than anywhere.

  • thanks for this. was going to C+C some oil at 20% off but decided to check out my small local to see what they had. [i had intended to not leave the house today as was supposed to hit high 30's]; they had one left and it worked out approx $5 cheaper than the other stores after comparing discounts. then on the way home i popped into woolies for fresh bread and espied a lonely Roses tin pushed to the back of a top shelf with no price tag - recalled seeing it mentioned on here on special so got a price check and yup just $7. worth the trip out.
