Sorbent Toilet Tissue 10 Pk 3 for $10 @ Woolworths ($0.33 a Roll / $0.19 Per 100 Sheets)

930

It's been a while since I've come across good price on Toilet rolls. I remember buying Kleenex Cottenelle 24 pk for $7.5 in 2014 and don't remember seeing around that price after that. I usually buy toilet rolls from Coles Express when I fill tank to get 10 cents discount which brings down the price of toilet rolls to $14 for 2 (20 packs which makes it 35 cents a roll). My car takes around 60 litres and hence $6 discount on the rolls.

It works for all three variants

Sorbent Toilet Tissue Hypo Allergenic White 10pk
Sorbent Toilet Tissue Designs 10pk
Sorbent Toilet Tissue White 10pk

Coles had Kleenex Cottonelle 18-pks for $6.00 back in September. Not quite as good but pretty close.

      I'm still riding this wave.

Memory from being so cheap or finger breach?

  • Anyone know if it's available at this price off the shelf, or via online orders only?

    • +2

It's on the catalogue so it should be off the shelf.

  • Awaiting puns.

    • time to poop some puns for you

      • Runny or solid?

        • yes.

  • I'm waiting for the coupon codes :)

    Great price..
    but terrible toilet paper.

    • They were nice and soft last year but the formula must have changed since then.
Probably the roughest TP on the market right now.

  • cheaper *here…

  • Still got heaps left from the last sale

  • oh crap

  • i dont find that cheap, quinton is 22c / 100 sheets, unless quality is different.

    • This is cheaper.

      • be cheaper to get 22c/100 roll toilet papers from shops, and get the milk at servo instead 2 x 3 litre milks is 6 dollars, $2.40 off (60 litre tank) = 3.60
        seems cheaper to me

        saving 2.40

toilet rolls in servo so overpriced you re just slight getting them cheaper in the end by 3c / 100 sheets

where as milk is $2 both shops and servo

      Agree with unclesnake.
Quilton is 3ply.. Sorbent is 2ply.
I prefer my toilet paper not to rip mid wipe… Especially like Kleenex.

  • Only $9.99 at my local!

  • Thanks OP. I've been on the lookout for a good TP special. I only have two packs left from last January's great deal. I think I got my preferred brand for 29c a roll.

I bought so many packs I almost filled my bathtub. That's when I knew I had crossed the line from sensible bargain-hunter to crazy. (Not stinky, just crazy. My shower is separate from my bathtub.)

(Anyone else found any good TP offers? I'm not a fan of Sorbent.)

    • Cottonelle at Costco was 17c/100 sheets on special. Some people don't like Cottonelle, I think it's tough enough.

  • Sorbent 8pk was $2.75 (34c/roll) at Coles/BiLo just 3 weeks ago

    • How many sheets per roll? These are 180 sheet rolls.

      • +1

180 sheet, same product bundled in 8pk.

  • How do you know it includes hypo allergenic? Doesn't say so. (That I can see).

    • In store it does. Online it probably does as well.

  • Time to stock up! I'll be headed there after work

    • Just did that, 300 rolls sounds a lot. 28c a roll with current 10% off deal & egift.

  • Half my garage is still full of toilet paper from the last huge OzBargain sale. I had to move my gym equipment out to the alfresco area temporarily because of it. Ended up wasting more money when factoring in time lost. :/

    • Just like your name sake.
Don't beat yourself up. U got one of the best toilet paper for a price that's cheaper than the crappy ones that irritates ur ass.
That was a great deal that we'll never see again.

  • Does anyone know how much the aldi 2 ply costs per 100 sheets/ roll? Cant seem to find it online

  • Not quite as cheap, but Kleenex Cottonelle 32pk $12 at Big W. 37.5c/roll, 20.8c/100. They made the sheets smaller though; they were 11x10cm, but are now 10x10cm.
