Psssstttt, all you Ozbargainers that have started giving just chocolate to other adults for Easter, this is the deal for you!

Whilst these are Christmas stock, nowhere does it state Christmas on the container but just has a gold ribbon/bow…they also ranged in BB date from May - Sept 2016 at the Eastland VIC store. They are no longer available online but you can check stock levels online, however, I initially went to Forest Hill VIC as it stated they had all of them available, they only had Peanuts, with about 20 there as of yesterday. I was in Eastland today and they had two areas in the store with them, one in the chocolate aisle and the other on the end of the aisle closer to the back to school items.

The items pictured online are the regular containers, not the Christmas ones, and contain more in them -

Please note they are still price tagged as $9.00 on the shelf but scan up at the price as per their website.

I also picked up boxes of Cadbury Sharing Selection 675g @ Forest Hill, VIC for $5, still marked as $19.95 on the shelf but didn't see any at Eastland, VIC hence might be something for others to check because unfortunately that item isn't online.

      This is the Christmas design for this year, but no Christmas written on it. I think Cadbury is now trying to be all inclusive.

      The ones that aren't Christmas themed don't appear to be on sale.

      The Christmas one is the one with a bow on it. There are also other ones without a bow.

      I am not sure why you got down voted as it was a legit question. People below have made the same observation as well.

      Head to Eastland, everything is in plentiful supply, 20+ of each. Approx. 20 peanut @ Forest Hill yesterday.

    Mildly related: I gave up foods with added sugar (like chocolate, ice cream, etc) and I feel heaps better.

      Are you sure you have the correct packaging? It's the Christmas design with a gold ribbon and pale purple baubles that are discounted.

          Yep, they are not available at every store. The stock levels online also don't appear to be correct so phoning ahead might not work if they are the same numbers.

        I'm surprised that there actually a different bar code?
        Otherwise how else would one scan for discount & one not.

        Also the pictures in the OP links do not have the gold ribbon design, but show the discount price. Is that not false advertising?

        I bought the almonds 3 weeks ago when they were 1/2 price.

          I checked the barcodes on the almonds because I found a non-Christmas theme design amongst all the others. It scanned at $9 not $2.25.

    Saw these on sale weeks ago, so was doubtful stock would still exist at stores near me in Brisbane.

    Checked site for stock - local store (Carindale) showed as in stock. Went to store about 2 hours after this deal posted. Found no stock after good search. Only had packets of these for Valentine's Day.

    Asked staff who were setting up chocolate section for Easter. They said these had sold out weeks ago & not to trust the stock levels on site.
