      Even in the Woolies catalogue that starts tomorrow it is not mentioned what specific gift cards are included in the deal "selected gift cards" could be anything. Hopefully it is not just the ones in the picture as I personally don't shop at these places very often. IMHO Myer gift card is almost useless unless you get it for free.

    I bought $80 of Google Play cards today and there was no $10 credit to my Rewards card so I assume Google Play aren't one of the participating cards.

    careful, what the t and c dont say is you can only use this deal once.
    so if u buy 2 different cards in 2 dif transactions you only get the$ 10 off the first.
    u can always use 2 different rewards cards tho

      I just purchase a $50 Myer gift card with my cashrewards discounted Wish card and got the $10 off next purchase. I happen to be about to purchase something from Myer for $50 anyway, so works out quite nicely. Note that I also purchased a bottle of shower gel & liquid soap refill - not sure if this impacts on ability to use the wish card. In the past I have been told (e.g. at Masters) that I cannot use a Wish card to purchase another gift card.

      Tried this before (a few months ago). No.
      I asked nicely for the checkout girl to try it for me, just to see if it would work.
      But when you try and pay the $50 with a Myer Gift Card, it fails.

      I did last time the offer was running, however most staff refused to do it and I nearly got stuck with a $50 Myer card.

          The system allows it. Most staff do not. When paying with a giftcard at Myer the cashier has to select a different payment option to EFT/CC, unlike Woolies/Coles etc.

          Ah, then maybe that explains why my attempt failed. I asked the girl to try it and she did but it didn't go through. I'm assuming she just selected "card".
