          Tracking number will be provided after the item is shipped. BargainCrypt has mentioned before that Bpay payments take longer to clear and do delay shipping. Don't worry. I'm sure you'll receive your earphones. Also taking longer to get stuff out this past week due to the sudden surge in sales volume. I am sure Logitechshop is in the process of rectifying this.

      tuesday avo , should all be gone .
      Now as of Monday ,
      We have a little change on the way we do things
      1. when the item is ready to be shipped . it will go to a status of Ready to be shipped .
      2. When it says shipped , it means gone with the truck on the way to your lovely hands .

      So that way people know their item is ready for courier . or auspost to pick up .

    Please moo , i appreciate your feedback , id be thinking the same , but 1000's of people have received and enjoyed our great products , yes this last week we all copped a week of maddness , one of the reasons we moved deliveries for guitars and other stuff forward , i want to see any company go from 100% to 10000% in one week and do the job we did , yes you can feel comfortable , save , enjoy , discuss , just be a little patient for now . as i said earlier for everyone else . 118 ue's are left to be shipped . (from over 4000) im proud of us :)

    why is it that BC releases prices that have basically never been beaten before and people feel they have a right to bitch and moan about the prices?

    Some people are just greedy. Take these deals for what they are, great bargains. How many other shops actually listen to their customers and try to please the masses? He can't make everyone perfectly happy though.

        i think i see where u guys can keep giving us these bargains, lets say 2.50 profit on each item and u sell well over 1 thousand of em
        for example the earphones go for 2.50 profit each and u sell 4 thousand of em that's still 10k profit, in about 2 days of sales, u cover the cost and use it to purchase goods for a new deal and keep the turnover going, u guys make a relative killing for what seems to be a mid size business and u give your customers awesome deals to keep em loyal, win-win for both
        this is how businesses should be doing business unlike hardly normal
        I'm proud of you guys out there at logitechshop

          you have free postage aswell normally

          i am in no way sticking up for BC but there has to be some margin, sure they have vendor rebates etc which they could sell at cost and still make money at the end of the day.

          But when everyone else is making 30% i dont think 1-5% is so bad

            @Mikinoz: I think Logitechshop is doing the MSY thing now and have only recently realised that smaller profit margins lead to insane sales volume (with the help of OzBargain of course), leading to even higher profit.

    I ordered something like last Monday and still haven't got any updated status on delivery. I'm going to lodge a paypal dispute if there's no update for the next few days. Emailed Logitech sells on tue, said will ship out next few days never got anything and delivery status still not updated.

      I ordered my stuff last week too, but I checked my tax invoice (can get from the logitech web page if u sign in) which has my eparcel tracking number and Aus post says "manifest received" in regents parks. so expecting it to be here by monday.
