      Means that it hasn't been shipped. I'm pretty sure they are still struggling to get the instruments and surveillance equipment out the door.

    Still waiting for my orders. Its says on the website that the orders have been shipped last Thursday and tracking number have been assigned. But when i tried to track my Order on Australia Post website the tracking numbers are invalid and there is no order by that tracking numbers. There has been no response to my email yet. I will wait today and if I don’t receive my orders i will dispute the transaction with PayPal

      I had the same problem, mine was marked shipped last Tuesday and the tracking number only started working today, saying Manifest received REGENTS PARK BC.
      My guess is that it may have been marked shipped last Tuesday (16th) but it has only just been dropped off at the post office today (23rd).
      At least its on its way…

        I don't think anything's happening this week. They are struggling to get the stuff shipped. Earphones are one thing, but guitars, drums and surveillance equipment are much bigger and takes more resources to move.

      Apparently 1200 units still on it's way via freight from Hong Kong. Probably arriving in 1-2 weeks. Lots of people here including myself waiting for it. Doubt it's going to be anything under 300 bucks though.

    ok , ok ,

    Even though its my day week off , let me go through a few things .
    I all orderes have been done , up to the lastone to this minute .
    One final truck is to hit the regents park dc before Midday tommorrow .
    All customers that have called our shipping supervisor , have been looked after .
    All emails have been replied to . except if we are investigating a matter for example , like returned items as the person was not home to collect it .
    Now i would like to make a few things clear once and for all .
    We got swamped with a high number of deliveries . Over 12000 and we still despite all mananged to get very close to delivering on time , 99 percent have received their delivery and are very happy . Read this thread , and all the other posts , " receved mine " . " thankyou logitechshop" etc . Yes we admit , a few people havent received their order yet , but they will this week . as nothing is left to ship out except for a few new orders that came in today .
    I do want to thank all for the great support , and i do appologise for the delay caused to a few people , but all under control . The Majority are very content , and the few people Less than 100 that didnt receive their UE's we have upgraded to Vi for no extracharge , now if that is not a good gesture what can i say .
    More massive deals to come . but i will stress that i will not release until every person is happy content , and has the item in their hands .
    Also , i have read a few comments regarding a few users like Livert , and others , We do not have any association with any of them , for god sake Livert is not even in NSW . the user is a wonderful supporter , so are many others ,all of you are .
    Once again . the deals are good , we appologise if some received late . and we appologise that it was not expected the number of orders . but we did it . And we are DAMMMMMMMM proud . So should you all be because you got the bargains of a life time .
    I havent said much lately out of respect to a few people that said i shouldnt be saying this or that . im here to help , i will always be here to help .
    Now last but not least . " everything that says process" is the last truck leaving in the morning to regents park DC .
    The z5500 are also on the way . The new deals will be huge . We will on the other hand change the delivery times , so we do not go through this again .
    I thank you , i thank all the supporters , all the the patient people , you are all as equally important , and we appreciate your buisness .

      Thanks a lot BC. Hopefully you relist the Z520 for $50. I couldn't purchase it the last time around because I couldn't afford it after all my purchases from Logitechshop. Hopefully you relist it and I'll get it.

    "I ordered 2 items from you (order number 14945) and I got the order yesterday but I only got 1 item in the package. I only received the "Logitech G330 Gaming Headset" and I did not receive the "Logitech X230 Black Speaker System + MK700 Combo". The box would not have been big enough to fit all the items, it was sent in a gaming headset g330 box and the keyboard would not have fit in the box.

    If you want I can send you back the box, the box still has the eparcel delivery sticker attached and says "CON NO FMK0014XXX PARCEL 1 of 1" so there were no other boxes in the order. Will you be sending me the other items that were not posted? Thanks"
