      I Also tried on a pair of Polarized Oakley. It does not work.

      • Looks like they updated the code to exclude Oakley. Recently Sunglasshut have been excluding Oakleys. Also, see OP updated post as it now shows Oakley as being excluded.

    • Perhaps disabled for "repairs" at the moment as the code was working on single pairs of glasses, non-polarised earlier today.

    Thanks OP! These vouchers are also redeemable in store. In the T's & C's it says the "Original voucher must be surrendered at the time of purchase and can only be used once", but in the large print it says you just need to show them this email.     Oakley now excluded online and instore. Code no longer works online when it did this morning.

  • NYONE RECEIVED ANY EMAILS FROM SUNGLASS HUT OR CASHREWARDS TO HONOUR YET?

    • I got the email from CR but nothing from Sunglass Hut. Apparently they don't email you until the product has dispatched (terrible system!)

    • Went to a Sunglass Hut store before to purchase another pair of sunnies after buying one online, the sales person said it takes a couple of days for the email to come in, if you haven't received one after a few business days then ring customer care with order number to find out more details!

      Keep in mind there are probably more than 100 people purchasing so we have to be patient :)

      I also received my CR email confirming purchase with SH 2 hours after buying this morning.

      • The paypal email does not have an order number though. It also does not say what I actually purchased.

        • Check for the time when PP sent you confirmation email, they might be able to narrow your transaction details down if you can provide email address and time if you don't have an order number? The more info you can give, the better if you decide to call up and ask. I made payment using card so it gave me order number right after.

    Just received my dispatch emails from Sunglass Hut including my Oakleys! =)

          Thats what it says.. and what I asked the guy in store. But he tried the code on his computer and it took the 30% off.

    No cleaning cloth though, so had to ring up and complain.

    Supposedly they will be sent from the warehouse.

  • When I ordered a pair of Oakley online, I couldn't use the codes to get any discount so I used the 40% off code in store for a pair of non-polarised Oakley. No drama at all. Just no cashback for me, this time.

        • No, you probably don't need one. I walked in without any printed copy. I mentioned the promotion of Friends with Benefits, asked for a 40% off and the staff was happy to offer me that. In fact, the staff retrieved a photocopy of some codes and everything worked.

  • I used cashrewards and bought ray ban wayfarer non polarized but then exchanged it in store with polarized ones and paid the difference today. The polarized ones are not listed on website.

    I guess have missed cashrewards:(

  • A friend just bought today in the store and staff didn't say a word about this promo. My friend didn't know as well. Any chance to come back to the store tomorrow and ask them to fix the price ie give refund?

          the QVB store i bought from told me "manager not here i cant help because you already purchased yesterday - i can refund but you cant buy the same glasses!" but i called other store and the lady said "no problem we will refund full and re purchase with discount! can bring to any store no need to comeback to the same one"

          yeah the person who said they couldnt refund if you purchased the same pair is an idiot. Can you get them to do the refund and then say you dont know which ones you want to replace them with yet? Then purchase online, or come back later and see if they wont actually let you buy that one specific pair?

    Amazing. Thank you so much. I ordered a few to try at home, and will keep the one I like and return the rest (with the free 90 day return period).
