The policy should differentiate between change-of-mind and damaged-on-arrival returns. Customer shouldn't pay to return to you your faulty items. Your choice, but I wouldn't buy.

Bisley gear is garbage. Cheap , thin material that shrinks like a bastard.
My Bisley work shirts haven't shrunk. Then again, I don't get them particularly dirty so haven't needed to wash them above warm temperature….
