Combine with sale from Singapore to Osaka…

    https://m.flyscoot.com/promotions#/promotions/osaka-adventur…

    From $138 SGD

    • That is not including taxes, you need to add taxes that price. Under Australian Consumer Law, they have to advertise ALL-IN price but it doesn't apply to oversea site, pretty annoying with these advertised price.

  • Black out dates apply. i.e. school holidays.
Scroll to bottom of linked page for exclusions

  • Whats the difference between fly and scootbiz? Is this one way?

    • A few hundred dollars.
OP has listed a OW example. You can book return flights.

Scootbiz is what most airlines call premium economy.

You'll get a decent ampount of leg room and a bit more width. If can get on promo it's a decent deal - $399 is alright IMHO. Don't expect much in the way of service and you'll be fine.

Sometimes Air Asia X has cheap business flat bed seats from KL to SYD running at around 1100 MR ~$370. Just flew it last weekend and it's very comfortable. Wish they flew to Europe still.

      • Damn id like to give that a try! I flew scootbiz and found is vaetly more comfortable than normal economy.

I've been keeping an eye on their prices for flights from Perth to Singapore for a couple of weeks now for June.

Using the exact same dates and inclusions for this 'flash sale' it comes to $1376.60 for our family to fly versus $1242 accessing their site from here - http://www.flyscoot.com/index.php/en/

No deal….especially since it will cost $134.60 more

Just booked MEL-SIN for 29/2 at $143 pricebeat with Jetstar. Thanks Op

    • hi mate, great work - i'm keen to book too but how did you price match when they're different ports?

      • +1

        Same airports mate.

  • I saw the exact same price when browsing on friday :\
or is it like a 3 day flash sale etc?

scootbiz is crap. will never fly scoot. chair was so uncomfortable

    • the scoot seat in the economy (i had no choice at the time, i had to take whatever seat was available) was uncomfortable for me; i found myself having a sore arse at the end of the 5 hour flight.

not sure how much worse the scootbiz would be, but i cant imagine it being that bad.

  • I've never flown Scoot, but I hope they have more comfortable seating and space than Airasia X - any insights?. On Airasia long haul its like squeezy and i'm a small sized person!

    • +1

I dont FEEL any more space then airasia-x, but is a newer plane,

  • Only buy scoot to Singapore if return flight is 300$

    • what other carriers would you recommend for flights over $300? SQ?

      • I love Scoot, its best budget airlines to me so far.
Scoot is daughter company of SQ, same as Jetstar and Quatas.

Every year they have sales for return at 300$. I made 2 trips already.

        • Yeah, they seem to be more service orientated than tiger air. So that is already a plus point. So far my only gripe is the seats tend to be more uncomfortable (too hard) but then I can't really fault them when majority of the flight seems to just accept it. Or I could become less of a cheapskate and start paying for scootbiz.
