      Devices containing litium ion batteries over 160wh are not permitted as passenger

      From Qantas website

          @sic46vr: the reason probably is because your PayPal has your banking account linked to it. If you change your PayPal payment source to a Credit card, then it will allow you to pay in USD and then your credit card would apply their own conversation which is good.

          PayPal does allow you to pay in different currencies and you can have multiple currencies in your PayPal account.

          thats the unit im talking about. however whats more important is, the availability of filters. and being that they seem to be quite specific, consumers want to know that the filters will be available for the next couple of years (at least!)

    Is there a way to charge a Surface Pro 4 with this? I've seen other models over 2x this price that have a small round jack to plug in a converter cable. Wondering if something similar can be done but with USB.

      Unfortunately the Surface runs on 15V (and 12V), so a power bank like this won't work. You can find power banks with different voltage outputs though, like this. You can find cheaper ones if you import it.
