These contain a lot of sugar like the standard up and go I assume. They market these as health foods but then load it up with sugar. No thanks!
Exactly, it's worth watching That Sugar Movie available on Presto for all those Ozbargainers struggling to use their free 6 month trial. Up & Go gets a mention for its high sugar content.
To my shock even the Musashi protein drinks were packed with sugar, not that I use them anyway. I think health and fitness people are aware but it is worth mentioning for those who may buy into the clever marketing (dirty marketing if you ask me).
Cheaper to buy whey protein and mix it with your morning Weet-Bix and milk without the sugar.
this is more than they were last week. doesn't warrant a bargain post IMO.
(they were $4.27 for 6, which is $2.13 for 3)coles and woolies should just stop with this shit, every 2nd week , Up and Go is "1/2 price" or "on special" , just choose a price in between and stick with it ffs.
Tried this once and it is 2 x thicker than the normal up and go which I dont like it.
