      You can buy the membership - its around $60. And some of the money goes for charity too.

      I'm guessing beecause the "product" isn't the book, it's all of the businesses who will have to deliver the goods and services at a discount rate as a consequence of this flood of new "members".

      Not sure what kind of arrangement EB have done with their advertisers but I can't imagine that they'd be wearing the whole cost themselves, and I'm sure at least some advertisers will be a little miffed at the "extra business".

      So the cap was prudent.

      I agree. I've bought 5-6x Entertainment books in the past. Not any more though, and their marketing promotion missed a serious potential re-buyer.

      They have a limited number each year so the businesses are aware of how many may be used.

        Hi Sam why not give free trials to existing users for a different city for a holiday for example until 30 May? Businesses shouldn't ignore their existing customers.

      My digital card says "valid to June 2016" however when I click on My Memberships it lists the expiry as 1st May.

        Didn't notice that just noticed that the individual vouchers have June 1 expiry. I assume they will log you out after 1 May then :(

      depends where are in Brissy or GC i guess …my guess around Surfers in GC you'd get alot of good ones. …

      I've got the brissy one and across the river from the CBD lots around Valley/New Farm/Kangaroo point region.

    I've accidentally hit the redeem button for a voucher but haven't actually used it at the shop. Can this voucher be used at a different time or is it only valid on the day you redeem it?

      The redeem button is meant to be pressed at the time of redemption..

          I don't see why you couldn't…but you really don't need to, just 'click' back. The cashier has to also press a button on the next screen to complete it.

          @sam-1966: Out of curiosity, what does the cashier need from the voucher? is it the four letter redemption code or the voucher barcode itself?

    I think this is back up, i just re-registered the trial. Note that it ask me for my email address and a login password, so im not sure what will happen if you put another email address

    The people at Entertainment Book have cancelled the free subscriptions of those who did not match their initial list of users.

    It was initially targetted at those who had the 14/15 digital.
