Just finished an 8 meal prize I won with them, it's good quality ingredients & tasty recipes. Took us a bit more prep time than their estimates but if you like cooking you'll enjoy making it.
IMHO a bit overpriced at $12.50, but $6.25 is a great price for a nice meal.- 4
Is everything fresh or are some things frozen?

All fresh, which can be a bit of a problem only because it has to be used within a few days. Meat/fish is vacuum sealed.

I believe you can do one off orders (or at least that's what I've done!).

They'll deliver your food in a styrofoam esky which you put out after you've ordered, they will email you a fair bit so be aware - but yeah you could just order once off
