        Yeah me neither. Haven't heard good things about kogan's warranty. If it was Microsoft warranty or any other local retailer, I'd go for it.

          I may be wrong but I heard somewhere that Microsoft has a 24 month warranty, so might be important to keep in mind for other buyers who I'm assuming will only get the 12 month Kogan warranty?

      I think this is their generic information about the warranty. I believe that if a product is bought in Australia, according to Australia's law the manufacturer has to give 2 years warranty.

      Apple store representative was telling me the same even on apple warranty information only saying 1 year.

      If we buy from Kogan and the product is shipped from Hongkong like mostly do, you will only get 1 year warranty.

      Anyway, anyone know how long Kogan will send the item we bought from their ebay site? mine still hasnt shipped yet, paid two days ago.

        My last purchase from Kogan was a LG G3 smartphone coming from Kogan HK as well.
        Looking at my email chain, 10 days between order to shipment for that order. Local was within 1-2 days.

        there is no law about the 2 year warranty. not sure where this urban myth started. is there a link to consumer affairs on this ?

        often 2 year warranties are offered to differentiate a product or are 12 month with extra 12 if you register online so they can directly engage with you for marketing.

    Not as good as the Christmas deals but still pretty good value. I bought a bundle during Christmas but hearing about all the PS4 exclusives have gotten me a little jealous.

      from my experience in my last 2 Kogan HK orders it will take ~10 days to be delivered to your doorstep.

      I received my parts during the ebay sale from Hk in about 10 days.

      Did you receive an eParcel tracking number? It would have been generated and sent to you.

          usually 3 days from shipping…includes weekend. Prob would receive on Mon I'm guessing.

          You will know its arrived local when it says "Processed through Australia Post facility" then usually next day if not weekend.

          @Spectator: I'd suggest you contact Kogan about your order either through Ebay or Kogan itself! Chase them up!.
          It is longer than usual. From all my order history from Kogan HK it have been around 10 days.

          @revivor: Cheers, I called up Australia Post, they told me that status means they've received the information about the parcel, but haven't received the parcel itself yet.
          I hit up Kogan Live Chat and they've passed it into their "experienced freight team" and they will investigate further into the location of my order.
          Hopefully someone hasn't nicked it, or if they have, I can at least have another one sent out.
