      Eats meat pie for lunch, for meal as in breakfast or quick to go foods, its great, even people who eat solent full time, as have a real meal day because we all agree that real food tastes nicer, and their are some hidden benefits.

    I've estimated that making my own soylent mix (keto style) would cost comparatively similar, not including packaging and labor so this is pretty much fairly priced.

    Are these all nut based? It really annoys me that most products that are targeting such dedicated heath freaks are not nut free.

    Do you deliver by Australian Post? Or, do your samples fit in a small letter box? My apartment does not accept packages and I would like to have it delivered to a Parcel Collect address.

      The samples are sent by Austpost in a padded envelopes are 18x12x2cm, it might fit in a small mailbox, otherwise they normally leave a collection card.
