Nice to hear there was a kernel of truth to the story.

      • +8

        That's it, in a nutshell.

        • +3

          You guys are nuts.

  • +2

    This is nuts. Thanks nocure.

    • …and fruit, and yoghurt thingies.

  • +1

Thanks OP, will have to pick some up tonight

  • +2

Nuts, my closest home delivery is 150km away.

  • +1

I'm totally Broaden these tonight! Thanks OP!

    • broaden v. become larger in distance from side to side; widen

So, you're going to squash them? ;)

      • Hope you aren't implying these make you gain weight?

        • You should give the yoghurt berries to me, if you're worried ;)

        • @strangeloops66: Lol, the Dry Roasted is all I'm buying

  • +1

Do yoghurt berries grow on a yoghurt tree?

    • No silly, they are a root plant, that grow on cows.

      • So, not real berries, just as strawberries and raspberries are not :(

  • really, spend some more and buy some healthy nuts. the fruit/nut mix is 33% sugar. you might as well just eat candy

    • +2

Just roasted non yoghurt ones would be best.

Dried fruit is fine to eat.

But it's a snack, so don't go nuts haha

      • +1

I just got the dry roasted nuts with soya crisps, seems alright. Better than the sugar yogurt ones

    • +1

For some bizarre reason, producers aren't required to distinguish between natural and added sugar content. Being fruit, I'd be more interested in knowing how much of that is added.

      • +1

        Enough said.

        Ingredients:
Nuts (40%) (Natural Almonds, Raw Cashews), Fruit (35%) [Pineapple & Paw Paw, (Sugar, Antioxidant (223), Calcium Chloride (509), Citric Acid), Sultanas], Fruit Chews (15%) [Apple Concentrate, Dried Apricots, Maltodextrin (Wheat), Sugar, Wheat Starch, Humectant (422), Vegetable Oil, Food Acid (330), Preservative (220), Natural Flavour, Colours (100, 123, 129, 133, 160B, 163)], Yoghurt Fruit Balls (10%) [Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Yoghurt Solids (from Milk), Fruit (Apple Concentrate, Dried Apricots, Preservative (220), Semolina (Wheat), Maltodextrin (Wheat), Humectant (422), Emulsifier (476 from Soy), Food Acid (330), Flavours, Glazing Agents (904, 553), Colours (129, 133)].

Plus, most nuts contain around 5% sugars and also milk around 5% too, they don't really need to add all that extra sugar, but hey sweetness sells. Until people wake up.
