    Great deal. Thank you.

Also PNY 480GB SSD - 125.73 USD = 164.302 AUD delivered on Amazon. I am not sure if it is one of the cheapest price for 480GB SSD.

Here's one of the cheapest 480GB SSD — OCZ Trion 100 for $159 from MSY. However with reputation of OCZ and reviews online, I doubt many people would bother.

      • I had looked at the price and brand, but did not bother due to OCZ's reputation.

      • yeh i wouldn't bother with the OCZ, had two in the past both failed … never again.

        • The only two OCZ SSD's that i had in the past also failed. I've since been using a Crucial M500 240GB SSD for a long time and it's still going strong. Not sure about PNY SSD longevity since i've never had one.

        • @hollykryten: yup cant comment on PNY .. my crucial and Samsung's have been going for years no issues (knock on wood)

Seems quite decent for such a low price, especially with the included Acronis software.

  • How does the 240GB model compare with the Sandisk Plus 240GB for $89 at PLE as part of their anniversary sale tomorrow?

    • Sandisk Plus write speed is slower (350MB/s) than this one (520 MB/s)

      • Thanks!

Seems this is the equivalent of the Sandisk Ultra II or Samsung 850 Evo. Personally I've found PNY stuff to be good build quality and pretty fast - never had any problems with any of their products before, so I've pulled the trigger on this one since I had some Amazon credit and need a new SSD for my HTPC.

  • Hi, Guys. Do anyone do their warranty before? do I need to send back to US? how much is the shipping? it is good price, just worry about the warranty.

  • Tempting but I don't trust PNY

    • They are pretty good especially this new SSD. It's got great reviews on Amazon.

    • Lol why not, just has good as sandisk

  • I am looking at a SanDisk Ultra II 960gb which is 315 Aud . Are SanDisk more reliable than PNY?

    Thanks
my HP microserver has been playing, so a new SSD for the boot drive should zip it back into life

  • Why is this marked as expired when the price is still valid?
