Found this in the Strathfield catalogue in the paper today in Sydney on the front page. Had a quick look and this looks like a good price.

I checked their website www.strathfield.com but the new catalogue has not been uploaded yet.

    Saw a shelf of unbranded GPSs at Coles for 99 bucks. I remember it being 3.5", but next time I went(3/04/10), they we all gone. This was Coles in Footscray, Melbourne.

    This thing was sold for $138 at dicksmith during their easter sale. Anyway it was over.

    Guess this price is quite cheap.

    would not recommend the newer navmans.. the basic features that the old navman models had have been taken out.. for example auto power off when you switch ignition off (doesnt even have a easy to press of button to turn it off.. has a hard to use slide switch, then you need to touch the screen.. a real pain to use). even the windscreen mount, which used to be a one step process to mount and unmount, now requires you to first plug the cable in, and then mount it.. and visa versa.. Searching for POI is also either not working, or very limited.. searching for example for north sydney oval, shows no results on the new model, while on the old model easily found.. i have the my55t, and am so disapointed with it, am about to go back and ask for a refund.. pity as i got the deal with 3 years maps free.
