    Nice one!

Really good especially with the service Emirates provides!

  • Don't forget to register for double frequent flyer points if booking Qantas operated QF flights:
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/240921
(I assume these cheap fares satisfy T&C, but worth checking yourself)

Excludes QF flights on Emirates metal.

  • Seems like a great deal! Anyone know the best way to get to Koh Samui from BKK? All I see is $360 return for a 1 hr flight :/

    • You could go via HKT to maybe save $100 or so, but that gives you two flights/ a layover.

    • Use airasia. But involves a Flight, Bus, Boat situation. I did it, wouldn't recommend it unless you you are on a budget (I was).

    • I just did it by night train, where you get a proper bed, for something like $30-40 including ferry. Personally I'd say its the best option after the expensive direct flights.

  • FARK! just paid 1100 last night to get to phuket. Prob not as cheap for my dates but it would have save me a bit :(

  • Good deals! Without looking at their web site, my comment - often Emirates cheapest bookings are on Qantas aircraft (Not that there is anything wrong with that)

  • I dont understand why perth would be the more expensive option !

    • Less demand is probably the main reason

    • PER - BKK is via SYD.
So extra air miles I guess.
Great if you've got time to burn

  • Would recommend QF over EK on this route in economy, not a fan of the 10 across seating on EK's 77W aircraft.

  • Hi Op, I cant see this price or airline
    it only shows Qantas
Adelaide to Bangkok Flights(iwantthatflight.com.au) $555 Return.
    Dep. 02/Aug Ret. 09/Aug $556

    Hi IWTF,

Any chance if you know there will be sales between the end of June and during July? The two ranges fit just outside my holiday period of departing end of June and returning mid July. Usually that's the low season over there so surprised to not see any sales as of yet during that time period. Thanks

  • Syd to BKK return for 1 month? The listed prices are for 1 week…

  • How to get cheap one way? I just need Syd-BKK and it cost more than return :(

    • You've answered your own question. Just book a return.

    • A question that I often ask myself. The best that I can come up with is AirAsia via KL (book with Citibank CC for free travel insurance) , or use frequent flyer miles for Qantas (approx $160 in taxes). Another option is Cebu Pacific via Mnl, but only if on sale. One way prices are brutal for full service carriers.

  • Can always try and get a bit more off: http://www.jetstar.com/au/en/price-beat-guarantee, although it is JetStar!

  • The worst carrier I have ever flown on - never again

    • Why is that? I just flew on them to Europe. Dubai airport was totally crap but the flight was great! Emirates A380 is way better than the Qantas A380.

  • long story —2009 so no A380

  • is the deal still on? i cant seem to get these awesome price
