    would be $19.99 standard, then 9.99 to add the glossy and the postage varies dependant on if there is a promotion, but is normally a $7.99 flat rate .. i just did a order and got all of it for $10 (note: that is with a blank reverse and no other additional addons, just the pic I uploaded, some text and then selected premium glossy, added the coupon and then selected free shipping and done)
