Pretty good deal considering the size of many of their items and how much shipping usually costs.

No worries, as far as I know you would not be able to post if they were banned, maybe a mod could confirm.
I've alerted a mod so I guess if the deal dissappers then they are banned.

I've checked the mod notes and can't see anything specific. They have been banned for sockpuppeting in the past, but have served their time (as the milan direct reps are free to post).
We put individual bans on site names too, milandirect isn't banned as far as i can see (hence how you can post lol)

I agreed. One of the chair has such a strong foul odour that lasted a month.
I was almost seduced by such a well-priced Aeron alternative, and I did find it strange how there was such a schism between positive and negative commentary in forums and reviews. The sockpuppetry puts that into perspective.

No personal complaints so far, though. I bought an Eames replica from Milan Direct: transaction was smooth, delivery swift, and PayPal protected my credit card details.
As usual, though, the delivery costs are excessive, and it's annoying having to add an item to see the delivery cost. (So, in this instance, free delivery makes it a bargain on it's own terms.)
