They expire on the 8th, so I think it's more of clearing excess stock (there were lots, more than any other flavour), than a national sale.

You are able to tell if it is a in-store promotion or multi-store special by looking at the ticket. If there is a date in grey on the Coles ticket, it indicates it is a special and that date is the last day of the special. If there is no date, this means that the price has been altered in their individual system. Exceptions apply if it is already a special and the price is further altered, it will still show the date.
In this case it is instore and for this particular store only.

Dairy farmers has to be one of the best. Better in 500ml than 2ltr but still great in 2ltr

Today is the 5th, the photo shows milk with Use By of the 8th April.
I bought Oak Coffee milk this morning with Use By 16th… so perhaps this deal is simply one store clearing out a bunch of chocolate milk that was over-ordered well over a week ago.
