      I wonder if there is a minimum amount of meatballs you must buy to qualify for the chips, jam and gravy.
      Otherwise 10c for 1 meatball with chips, jam and gravy not to shabby :-P

        Yeah, my exact thought. You could order say 3 one-meatball plates to get the extra chips and 1 multi-meatball plate to complete the order.

        Reasonable size meal for around $2

      From memory you usually have the option of choosing either mashed potatoes of chips. However, maybe they choose to only have the chips for the birthday sale as it's probably easier to prepare?
