          Thanks for choosing to purchase from us. The Chiropedic Black is a thick mattress. It will usually require an oversized fitted sheet or a larger flat sheet.

          Yes the Black has the pillow topping which adds to the thickness but it is such an upgrade from what I was sleeping on before :) It is my own fault for cheaping out and getting Ikea bed sheets previous to getting a new mattress

    Back-to-base warranty: "All our warranties are back-to-base warranty. This means you will be responsible for returning the defective product or part to our nominated service centre or warehouse and for the shipping of the repaired or replaced product or part when it is ready."

    If "responsible" implies cost then this is illegal under ACL - all costs associated with rectification of a major failure of a product must be covered by retailer.

    ACCC - Repair, replace, refund"You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from the business if the product is confirmed to have a problem …"

    Anyways, claims of long-term warranty periods from a new, unknown or a fly-by-night importer are is pretty much worthless.

      It may take up to 10 weeks for an item to arrive only if it is pre-ordered. For all normal purchases we usually dispatch within days. All pre-ordered items are clearly marked on our websites.

      Hi qwerty40777, the price on our website is the official selling price. The eBay store is a separate entity functioning as a low cost clearance outlet. They sell older batch of Zzz Atelier mattresses which may and may not have slight differences depending on our upgrade cycles. The clearance outlet is supported via a different mode (i.e. eBay messages) and is normally subject to a different terms & conditions reflecting the nature of lower cost/ bargain operations. For instance, Sheriden vs Sheriden Outlet Store.
