  • I'm personally interested in the morning fresh for $1.89 and the easy mac 3 for $6

    • Sim card to me was attractive too. Didn't want to list the entire catalog here. Figured the containers would get the biggest response due to the recent Decor deal at BigW.

  • The "4L Extra virgin olive oil" looks good. I wont get it. But I am concerned about the adverse effects of oil; I buy 2L Blended Vegetable Oil(Soybean and Canola) for $5.60 at Woolworths, Town Hall Sydney.

Also, apparently many extra virgin olive oil products are not really extra virgin: http://www.smh.com.au/entertainment/restaurants-and-bars/the…

I have been recommended the Aldi brand of olive oil because there are stricter laws in Germany.

    • who cares IMO, as long as its not Pomace olive oil i'm happy :)

    • Apparently the key to olive oil is to avoid exposing it to light and get it fresh. Buying in bulk is apparently bad as olive oil degrades over time.

  • does it apply to WA?

    • Yeah. All woolies deals/prices are nationwide.

      • That's not true. They almost the same, still some difference. Actually pepsi 1.25L is $1.19 on this catalogue, but 99c on my suburb catalogue…

Maybe I should have clarified it a bit more. From my link:

There are some practical exceptions. For example, prices in border towns like Tweed Heads in New South Wales are aligned with nearby Queensland pricing for consistency across the regional community. Also, some stores in remote or isolated locations, like Weipa and Gove, are subject to variations due to freight costs.

Going back to y12345678's query, the deal applies to WA as well. http://weeklyspecials.woolworths.com.au/olive/ode/WeeklySpec…

Sistema containers aren't liquid tight, so I doubt they're airtight either (notice nothing is advertised on the package, even though they have that blue seal? It's decoration!). They're poor imitations of Lock & Lock. Save your money and buy something better. I emailed them ages ago complaining they set a bad example for NZ manufacturing by making poor containers and they didn't bother to reply.

    • May not be the greatest but I compared them to the basic Decor Tellfresh range (Are they rated to be liquid tight?) and these seemed to seal better and users are more likey to make sure the lids are on properly with the clips.

  • I prefer them over Decor as well.
