"not sure of the expiry date"
Given the voucher code, my guess is end of April :)

    • Logically, yes.

However, the last code APRILTREAT finished on 22nd so who knows.

The email mentioned to update my details by May 2nd to receive the offer, so I wouldn't be surprised if the new code survives past April and into May..

  • Thank you OP, missed out on the previous deal. Now have my travel insurance covered

  • do i book it from the day I arrive at the destination? or the day i leave?

Good question. I made a booking with them, for my current holiday and decided to include the day I flew out, which isn't the same day as the day I arrived at my destination.

Reason: insurance covers more than the flight and what happens at the destination, eg what if your first flight was cancelled or delayed extensively, but you weren't covered for that day?

Book it from the day you walk out your front door (your trip commences) to the day you walk back in. (trip ends)

  • i work in insurance… Always take out policies from the day you leave Australia… This then also covers you for any issues you may face on your initial flight

  • And is it better to take out insurance once flights are booked? had a quick look, quote very competitive and Medical Evac Unlimited Cover with NIL excess!

I always take out insurance once flights are booked. Cause if anything happens between you booking and the trip some of the conditions are covered by insurance to change flights / cancel trip etc.

  • Thanks OP!

ENJOY10 also works for 10% off, valid until 15 May (which might be useful once this one expires).

Thanks. This code worked for a trip between June and July!

      • No worries :D

    • Thanks!!

  • Do they have domestic travel insurance option? Can't seem to find it

  • Have any of you had positive experiences with this insurance?

  • Does anyone know if travel insurance covers cycling activities overseas? e.g. theft of (expensive) bike or other equipment, or medical cost/liability expenses incurred by crashing, damage while transporting bike etc.? TIA!

  • Did not work for me. Maybe because I added an extra person?

  • I almost bought from this company but went elsewhere because of their remote area exclusion as I'll be hiking solo in some fairly safe wilderness areas.

We will not pay for any claims under any section of this Policy arising directly or indirectly from:
Participation in, or training for, the following activities at any time during Your Period of Insurance:
    Remote Area touring, except as part of a licensed organised tour;
    where:
