I had a Bluetooth mouse once. I thought it's a good idea. I don't think so any more.

    • Please elaborate. Too laggy? Obviously being a low end wireless it's not going to be gaming grade.

    • It was A4, not Logitech, but their other devices I had were decent. Mouse had a very short range, it was disconnecting and couldn't reconnect, from time to time it was lagging (like a step every second for 15 seconds - unusable then). Also every obstacle was a big problem. Basically every range/connection problem possible.

      • try a decent logitech bt mouse .. apart from potential battery issues, it will be as good as corded.

  • I have one of these and the range isnt very good as it skips tracking every now and again. Was mainly using it for my server which is on the other side of the desk.

  • yea. BT is problematic here too.
    loses connection frequently and re-connects.
never had this issue with laptop bluetooth and same mouse so i suspect the USB bluetooth adapters are shite. (bought 3 USB BT adapters to try to fix this, but some are just suitable for the bin).

  • I bought for $20 from dicksmith before they shut works great.

    • +1

I got grey one for $10 from DS.

      • it was 60% off when i got mine same time as the Logitech MX master for $55 was posted on ozbargain i couldn't resist that but needed to other for my laptop.

        • I also got Logitech MX master 2 Mouse for $24 …the last one

  • I paid full wack from dicks a while back $45, still great after 6 months or so, only changed battery once.

  • Ok this one's actually more comparable to my $9 m325.
Even paying full retail of ~$29, it's still far better than a bluetooth mouse.

  • They also have the M557 on sale for $39 https://www.jbhifi.com.au/computers-tablets/accessories/logi…

I got the Toshiba branded one for $16 from DS about a year ago and it worked well until it stopped working after 9 months.

All Logitech seems to be on sale.
