A user reported that the 15% off deal was expired last week, however a 10% code is still available. Since they didn't post it I thought I'd do so now, thanks to OzBargain user Bronwyn Bishop.
SCTI always provide competitive quotes and have a very good reputation from what I've read. 10% seems to be the best discount available at the moment, as always shop around and compare before committing. The TID 10% off deal might be worth checking out also.
If you have that option, use it.
Not everyone has (or wants) a credit card. Debit cards do not provide the same level of protection.
Also keep in mind a lot of CC insurances won't cover pre existing medical conditions (like Type 1 Diabetes), where others like TID will. So for some people CC insurance isn't an option.

SCTI requires extra medical assessment for including pre existing conditions, this is what written in pds:
Pre-Existing Conditions
Your Pre-Existing Conditions are excluded under this Policy. However,
You can seek cover for Your Pre-Existing Conditions during the
application process by completing a medical assessment. If We are
able to offer cover, an additional premium will be payable.
Some of the conditions of cc insurance are quite restrictive - particularly those related to pre-existing medical conditions.

Serious question (and thanks to OP for the deal) but is there any reason why you wouldn't use the travel insurance provided by your credit card?
I recently went through a MASSIVE ordeal where my brother was traveling in South America, and his my travel insurer (ANZ via QBE) spent what was close to $110,000AUD with medical and transport costs.
