As far as basmati rice goes its actually really good rice, if we can find it at a good price we usually get it over any other brands. This one or Taj. They are typically around the $18-$20 mark so this is a decent price.
Indian Gate is for $13 at coles at the moment just got 2 bags last night at Coles Smithfield NSW plus your flybuy points and deals much better than this deal.

India Gate is one of the better basmati rice brands. Once you have tried it, you will know why those $8.75 Coles/Woolies basmati is no match for India Gate.

I think "sella" means parboiled. The India Gate brand is pretty good for standard aged basmati (believe some of them are aged for 3 years)
