I'm not familiar with digital radio, but is DAB+ to replace AM band? Do all the AM stations have digital?
No, DAB+ cannot replace AM yet because it's only available in metro areas currently, and of course lots of people don't have DAB+ radios yet. I believe most if not all AM stations in reception areas are also represented on DAB+, and there are additional DAB+ stations that have no AM counterpart. I'm not sure about all but certainly the main AM stations do both AM and Digital and will probably continue as the AM band has a further reach. Some digital stations have slightly different programming ABC 702 2BL for instance doesn't broadcast the cricket on digital as there is a separate sports channel on digital.
Once upon a time i thought digital radio work via internet and get you all the radio channels all over the world ….
