I looked at a ton of Chinese-aimed phones, but the comments were FULL of confusion over what OS, flashing, supported bands etc. And it all came-down to EXACT models - Which were generally not known (which one the deal was for).
While i didn't neg you the model is in the title. There are plenty of deals and threads on redmi note 3 Pro phones on here and whirlpool. There also is a full list of specs and bands in the link.

Deals that show the brand, the model… and even the RAM (sometimes)… but-still all other specs can vary between EXACT model codes.

Might want to unpublish this. The actual pro version is 3gb memory and is 220 USD. The ones for 154.99 USD are the 2gb version and not the "pro" version.
I think you are wrong - Pro version now refers to the model with Snapdragon processor.
