Is anyone here using Amazon Echo to control lights etc? I was looking at smartthings but its not available and no point importing it if it has a different freq and you cant get all other locally z-wave products to work with it. So I was looking at insteon as it has direct integration with Echo. Does anyone have any experience with Insteon?
We use Echo to control our bedroom and lounge LIFX lights.
Also the office light, although its now mostly automatic (between 5PM and 6AM) thanks to the VeraEdge hub and motion sensor.Thanks Systmworks. I would go down the path of lifx or hue however I have downlights everywhere so need to go a z-wave or ZigBee dimmer. Veraedge doesn't integrate with echo directly I don't believe. correct me if I'm wrong
