  • Is the data SIM pre-activated? If not, how are you getting these SIMs?

    • they are not pre-activated obviously! These are broadband sims

      • +1

@erroorfree Yes but how are you getting them pre-loaded with 2GB of data?

    • +2

If they told you how they got them you could do the same, i dont think they want more competition :)

      • +2

        competition is good :)

        • -2

          How do you get them?

    • take from prepaid modem kit

  • Why so cheap? Is it 2 gig across 2 sims or 2 gig each sim? Are they 3/4g compatible? Can I put em in a phone to usb teather.

    • Short expiry / telstra appear to charge retailers $0-5 for 'starter' sims (personal estimate).
      2 gig each sim

Hey erroorfree, what happened last time (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/241118#comment-3607032) when you sent out duplicate SIM cards and asked for them back? You said you'd reimburse us for the postage but nobody did. Just be honest next time.

    • can u om me about it, maybe it got buried under paperwork. ill get it organised

      • I'm over it. But just be aware that if you say you'll do something in an email and don't follow through, that doesn't bode well for customers trusting you in the future.

    • +1

You are one honest & trusting person for sending them back at your own expense, I would have asked for the postage money first.

      • erroorfree has given a lot of good bargains here on ozbargain. Has always sent products and resolved any issues and responds to questions and complaints. You are looking a gift horse in the mouth.

  • When do the SIMs expire? You say Sept 2016 - is that Sep 1 or Sep 30? Does "expire" mean they need to be activated by then, or they become useless then?

  • Not entirely sure how the 8000mah battery is a bargain at $55?

    • was gonna say. you can get 2 romoss 20000mah and still have $3 in change.

i thought polymer batteries were different then regular. Also its a way lighter power bank than a romoss and has rapid charging

        • +1

Well in the interest of fairness the romoss im compairing this to is just purely on price and the capacity is just disproportionate.

So lets compare it to the romoss 10000mah instead for a closer comparison.

          Cygnett ChargeUp Polymer 8000
measures at 129x73x13mm with a weight of 227 grams.

ROMOSS 10000mAh Quick Charge 2.0 Power Bank
          Dimensions 142 x 65 x 14.8mm
          Weight 204g

Even with 2000mah more its still lighter.

Pricewise romoss is still way cheaper. It has quick charge.
