You get what you pay for, these are crap. To give you an idea, Choice rates them worse than 'Coles Smart Buy Dishwasher powder' ($1.99/box, or $0.08 per wash).

  I'd be wary about Choice's tests.
  Sometimes they are fair but in the dishwasher tab/detergent test, Red wine removal was one of the main criteria. Same with coffee removal - not everyone drinks coffee.
  
  I don't know about you guys but our family doesn't drink red wine every day, actually, we pretty much dislike it and may only have it once a year if that. It doesn't seem to stain glasses when we do have it.
  
  I've used these COTD ones before, they are fine. I've used the Earth Choice and Finish Quantum ones before too - they are fine but cost an arm and leg.
  The only ones I had to stop using were some homebrand Woolies tablets as they wouldn't clean anything.
  Logix (from Aldi), is excellent. I was skeptical until I gave them a go.
