Just submitted my claim via my phone and got an sms stating:

Now I am confused, surely I have to enter my bank details somewhere for transfer of funds, but I don't want to visit that link in case it withdraws me (which it explicitly says it will do). My head is hurting.
That should be to withdraw the cash ;)

Worked for me just now, the receipt was approved in about 10 minutes. I was a bit worried it wouldn't work because the receipt didn't say it was a Thirsty Camel (it definitely is though, signs, website and the guy behind the counter confirmed) but it was fine.
