Bought this last time, nice wallet and didn't take long to arrive.
Also a bit taller than typical wallets here so it actually fits taller notes in other countries

    • Knew it was too good to be true. I find the larger wallets don't fit the pockets as well. This was a huge problem for me in the UK. I ended up just folding notes in half and using the slimmer Aus style ones.

      • So you mean this wallet is broader than normal ones? If so, it might not fit well in back pockets.

        • +1

          L 11cm x H 9cm x D 1.8cm - L & H same as a wallet I bought from Myer, and I have no trouble fitting it into back pockets.

        • @mastablasta:
Well my wallets height is 8cm. Every centimetre counts.

        • +7

@dasher86: that's what she said bruh

        • +1

          @sky blu:
          To you?

        • @dasher86: no but do you know why the chicken crossed the road?

        • +9

          @sky blu:
To get away from the ozbargainers wanting 24 chicken nuggets for 9.95?

    • +3

      Does it have a zip?

      • Looks like button on pictures.

        • +2

For the coins there's a button, but I meant for one of the notes pouches.

      • I want to know this too

      • +1

From the pics, and description, no.

        Pity.

  • +7

great wallet. bought one last time when they were $11.99.

have bought another for when I need a new wallet in another 8 years time.

    • +2

Does a true Ozbargainer buy now an stock up so far in advance, or do they consider the time value of money?

      • gptta beat inflation

      • +3

Money depreciates in value over time, genuine leather is forever :)

    • Respeck!!!

  • +1

great, missed last time, got it now

  • +1

    Thanks.

  • +2

Tried each link. still $ 19.99 for me. :(

    • +10

Add to cart, price will change from there.

      • Got it. Thanks mate. Cheers ….

  • +2

Saw pictures of the wallet. Looks good. Ordered two. Thanks OP

  • +1

    Ordered two. Thanks

  • +17

Thanks rep. Good to have genuine deals on here from reps

    • Amen.

    • +1

Pity the rep only selectively answers questions.

  • +13

    Thanks, got one.
Nice not to have to use my velcro wallet I got from a kids magazine when I was 11 anymore.

    • +1

Same here. Still using a wallet from the K-zone magazine.

      • I think that's where I got mine from.

  • +1

Nice deal but bad timing for me. My Sydney 2000 velcro wallet was unrecognisable, not really blue anymore and disintegrating, so my wife got me a new one on Tuesday.

  • i got one on the last offer very nice product

    • Buddy do you know if the flap is removable or stitched?

  • got one.thanks.

  • +3

I've had my current wallet for over 10 years and it's going strong but i don't have a real back up, but for $10 why not?

  • grabbed one thanks op

  • +1

Hi, none of the links worked, and i've committed to buy for $19.99 without paying attention :(((

    • are u sure ? the price drops to 9.99 once you add the item to your bag

      • +2

Same. Bought 2 got charged AU $19.98.

    • I also clicked committed to buy without knowing about it thinking that the discount may apply after that just before payment. Can anybody tell how to get discount on that? If I add one item now 2 items are coming in cart one with discount and one without discount and committed to buy message.
      What shall I do? :(

      • "add to cart" first

      • Send seller a message he'll fix it up for ya. It's a nice dude

        • Thanks! He did cancel my order :)

But I really wonder why this commit to buy is option is there. Can anybody tell how it works?

        • +1

@bozer: commit to buy is "buy it now" on a single item. "Add to cart" is when you have multiple items you want to buy in one go. In those case, one has to go via the seller's link and click add to cart for the 50% discount to be applied.

  • +3

Rep, would you be able do a deal on your RFID leather wallet?

    • +2

Yes. Email me on ebay which wallet you want discount on and I will give you a code less voucher link for that wallet.

      Best Regards,
      Bhavin

      • I am interested in one of those, too. Will email you on eBay. Ta

  • Got one. Thanks OP.

  • would have preferred brown, but grabbed one anyway

    Price match at Dan's…..

  • +1

Sweet! I was this close to spending 100 clams on a new wallet earlier. Can't wait to fill my new wallet with the $90 I saved.

  • -1

    Ozbargained!

  • -4

Don't buy cheap leather goods - probably made out of dog leather.

    • +7

It's really just reconstituted leather shavings with a pleather coating - rather than a single piece of hide. The equivalent of MDF board. "Genuine leather" means next to nothing, whcih is why it's so cheap.

      • Is it true, Rep?

        • +2

I queried this on their rfid wallet deal a little while back. Was assured that it was full piece and not the cheap scrap. Bought one and I am impressed with the quality. Nice smell. Nice feel, very soft. Holding up well. I can usually destroy the cheap ones in a couple of months. This hasn't shown any signs that it's going to break at all. Holds a heap of notes and cards and still buttons shut without popping open. George Costanza would have benefited from one like this.
          Highly recommend these wallets.

        • @d1s34s3d:

Too big (broad) for back pocket of trousers as someone mentioned above?

        • @virhlpool:
I was a bit concerned about the size before I bought mine. I use a utility pocket for my wallet normally that's labelled as a mobile phone pocket. Last two wallets have been tight fits. This one fits perfectly in there. Never used the back pocket to carry my wallet so can't comment on that.

    • +10

the one I bought from the last deal does feel a bit "Ruff"

    • Great you didn't say mice leather.

  • Great timing, rep, I need to replace my current wallet.

    Purchased.

    • +2

In your defence, I was given an Oroton 15 years ago and apart from the window fogging it looks like it's going to last me my lifetime, so fair point, you aren't just saving money potentially but the effort of having to get a new one every few years.

      • Yes, and also a wallet is something that you carry with you all the time, it is meant to make a statement. So it doesn't hurt to spend a bit more.

        • it is meant to make a statement.

if you're around people who care about the brand of your wallet, then you probably have other things to worry about

Unless you are rocking some velcro nylon crap wallet, any plain leather wallet is identical for the amount of time other people see my wallet (not sure why someone would be pulling out their wallet and showing off any branding to make a statement)

        • @SBOB: I am around at least some of these people some of the time, I don't agree with them, but if you have to hang around the sort of people who've never had to work in their life, and always had the safety net of going back to mum and dad's bank as they were testing their entrepreneurial skills, there's always at least a few who care enough to notice. If you are trying to infiltrate this group for whatever reason, it matters.

  • Thanks OP, ordered one.

  • Is the word "genuine" in English?

    • +1

      Jenyooene

    • +2

Yes but "wallet" has 3 L's.

      • Hehe lol that genuinely tells a lot doesn't it

  • Bit of an impulse buy, but thanks Rep :D

  • +4

Ordered one last time, I wasn't too happy about the way the dye came off when I touch it with wet fingers :(

    • I guess that's why it's only 10 bucks

  • +2

A man needs a walllet, an Ozbargainer needs many wallllets.

    • +2

a true ozbargainer would have nothing to store in his wallet.

But a eneloop case on the other hand …

  • thanks rep, ordered one

  • +4

This would be good if i had money to put inside of the wallet, thanks to OzB I have none : (

  • Bought.Thanks OP

  • Still $19.99 for me

    • Use Desktop view, then select Add to Cart.

  • -1

OP - any discounts for pick up?

  • +1

In the ebay photos the logo on the wallet is "genuine leather".

So i'm guessing "genuine leather" is the brand and the material isn't genuine leather?

    • -2

      Nah surely not.

  • +1

is any discount for RFID leather wallet?

  • -1

how long will this deal last rep? I'm considering buying it 3 days from now.

  • Just missed out! :( any more stock being listed?

    • +1

will update soon. The product in stock.

      • Got it, thanks heaps!

      • any deal on brown wallet bhavin?

        • +3

          Who's Bhavin?

        • @stockastics: I see.. never noticed he mentioned his name anywhere so I was wondering.

        • @virhlpool: on his paypal

        • Not at the moment as I have only got them in little quantity. but if you want it I can give you deal on that wallet as well. Please email me on Ebay which wallet you want, if you can.

          Best regards,
          Bhavin

        • +1

          @stockastics:
