Ordered the iPhone SE from Kogan when the promo started. Got it in 2 days after ordering (though when I ordered the expectation was like June 14-20), so they're not always slow. And never had any issue with the warranty in Apple Store (yes, last month they told me it's not under warranty due to the grey import, but they still replaced my old iPhone bought from Kogan too, for free due to battery fault). For something like this, I'd take the risk.

Some people won't buy things without for Australian Consumer backing because they are strongly risk averse. For those people this is likely the best they can get.
